- Loan amount: $100,000- $5,000,000
- LTV: up to 75%
- Pricing: Start from 6.99% + 1% fee
- Payment: interest only, interest reserve available
- Loan Position: 1st & 2nd
- Terms: 12 months, first 3 months closed and open thereafter
- GDS/TDS: NONE
- Minimum Beacon: 600
