Since 1999, Domain Funding has successfully funded over $1 Billion of 1st, 2nd and 3rd mortgages on virtually every type of commercial property and development project. Funding size typically ranges from $1—$20 million. We cover all of B.C. and Alberta, although we are most active in Greater Vancouver, Urban Okanagan Centres, Greater Calgary and Greater Edmonton.
We specialize in complicated and time-sensitive transactions including high-ratio loans up to 100% Loan-to-Cost (with collateral security), underperforming assets, and foreclosure refinancing.
For qualified deals, we can usually commit and fund within 10 days of a signed loan application.
